About
Born and raised in Greece, but after calling different countries home, I hold a personal understanding of the unique challenges of building a life from scratch abroad. I am here to help you navigate the sadness and loneliness that can follow relocation, holding space to honour the losses that often go unnoticed. Together, we can explore the “in-between” identity that emerges when living across borders, helping you find a sense of home within yourself, no matter where you are. I offer specialized support in areas deeply interlinked with these transitions: grief, gender and sexuality, and pregnancy/parenthood. Having worked across the public, private, and third sectors, I have support people across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to women navigating the emotional complexities of pre- and postnatal periods, loss, and specialized care for sexual and birth trauma. My mission is to offer a safe, compassionate space for individuals to process life’s most vulnerable transitions.
