Pavel Matys

Pavel Matys holds a PhDr. in Philosophy, a Master’s degree in Communication and Applied Psychotherapy, and a postgraduate MBA in Helping Professions. He works as a Systemic and Strategic Psychotherapist, Strategic Coach, Supervisor, Lecturer, accredited Hypnotherapist certified by the American National Guild of Hypnotherapists (NGH), and Psychosocial Advisor following the completion of a comprehensive five-year psychosocial counselling training programme. He is a member of the Czech Medical Association of Jan Evangelista Purkyně, Psychiatric Section of Hypnosis, and studied English at the University of Bolton, United Kingdom. His professional practice is dedicated to providing ethical and evidence-informed psychotherapy and counselling for clients of all ages in Czech and English. He supports individuals in addressing psychological, emotional, interpersonal, and work-related challenges through systemic, strategic, and solution-focused approaches.
