About

I’m a British psychologist and therapist who has spent much of my adult life living overseas, including the last six years in Mexico. I have 15 years of experience in mental health, working across clinical, humanitarian, community and research settings with people from a wide range of countries and backgrounds. I offer a flexible, collaborative approach to therapy, with space to explore not only the difficulties you might be facing, but also your relationships, identity, values and the experiences that have shaped you. I’m particularly interested in how our lives are influenced by the different cultures, communities and relationships we are part of. I practice narrative and collaborative therapy, alongside training in single-session and solution-focused therapy. I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Manchester and am currently completing an MA in Systemic Therapy in Mexico. I offer therapy in English and Spanish. Please message me to book a session.
