Background I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of international experience helping individuals navigate stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and high-performance pressures. I trained as a Clinical Psychologist at The Wright Institute and Yale University and I am also a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association, european Psychological Associayion and UK Psychologists HCPC. After spending 14 years living and working in Australia, I returned to Malta where I now work with both local and international clients. My work integrates evidence-based psychology, neuroscience-informed approaches, psychodynamic psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, ISTDP, and executive coaching depending on the individual needs of each client. Experience With a Doctorate and Masters in Clinical Psychology, I have worked with clients across a broad spectrum of psychological and emotional difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-esteem issue
